I'm pretty stoked to see how this game turns out. Hopefully the aftermarket parts selection is up to par. It can't be more disappointing than GT5 in my opinion.

I can't decide if I want to muster up the dough to preorder. I probably won't considering I won't be able to play it until May. We'll see.

I was disappointed when I saw the car list doesn't include any V8 Supercars! Why bother including Mount Panorama?! Not that blasting around the mountain in anything won't be a hoot but really, no V8 Supercars?!

Yea that's really unfortunate. I love the V8 Supercars as well but I can't decide if I'd rather have Mt. Panorama or the cars. Why can't we have nice things?

I should qualify myself as a pre-order GT5 collector's edition owner here... who owns a retail copy of GT5 as well... So I am pretty much an expert.

Yea I preordered the collector's edition of GT5 and have played since GT2. I was seriously disappointed with GT5.

Me too. But I have still put a lot of hours of play into it. It's still the only PS3 game I have.

I think I've been playing since GT2, but I think GT3 was already out when I finally got GT2...

I actually bought an Xbox and started playing Forza 4 instead. As a player of both, I found Forza to be more fun as long as you avoid racing with people that bash you.

Fourza is pretty fun. I have no other use for an Xbox, though. And I like the number of items in GT5, even if they aren't as polished.
